We have updated and improved the contractor register. You can now:
- find the contractor register as its own menu option in the system settings menu (see image below)
- allow more users to administer contractors, even without the organisation administrator role.
We have also added support for default permission groups for contractor users, meaning the right permissions can be assigned automatically when new users are created. It is now also possible to control which objects in permission groups should apply to contractors, such as buildings and land, to ensure they only get access to relevant parts of the system. In addition, contractors' areas of expertise can be registered to provide a better overview of what work they are able to carry out, as well as contract dates to facilitate the follow-up and administration of agreements.
