If you have a version of Pythagoras Web older than 2.5, you won't have access to the new, improved account coding feature.

Submit an order request for "Upgrade" here in the Customer Portal, and we'll get back to you with a plan. (Click New case > Case type > Order request and state that you want to upgrade).

Why the new account coding?
With the new account coding, you can change settings yourself and no longer need to contact us. You can also work with pre-coding and set up automation that saves time in your daily handling.
