User authorization and Security
Bug – P3-28594 – Contractors' permissions were not inherited correctly from the contractor card
Fixed an issue where permissions set via the contractor card did not always take effect, which could prevent contractors from accessing their errands in Pythagoras GO.
Pythagoras Web
New feature – P3-27331 – New feature for welcome messages on the login page
The login page has a new feature for welcome messages, where important information can be shown to the user in a floating notification button inside Pythagoras or directly on the login page.
Improvement – P3-28581 – Multiple contractors can now have the same organization number
It is now possible to register multiple contractors with the same organization number, for example when a contractor has different rankings within different areas of expertise. At the same time, the ranking field was extended to support values 1–9.
Bug – P3-29544 – View permission to contractors allowed editing
Users with only view permission to contractors could accidentally add users to a contractor card. Fixed so that view permission no longer allows editing.
Bug – P3-27978 – Could not add the same user again to a contractor
Fixed an issue where a user who had been added and then removed from a contractor could not be added again without closing and reopening the contractor function.
Bug – P3-29242 – System notifications showed the same text in the header and description
Fixed so that system notifications now show different text in the header and description, instead of showing the same text in both places.
Bug – P3-29153 – Visual error in validation messages
Fixed a visual error where the arrow in validation messages overlapped the text instead of being displayed above it.
Bug – P3-28827 – Newsletters were sent to recipients without a valid email address or phone number
The newsletter function now checks whether recipients are missing an email address or phone number before sending, instead of sending messages that never arrive.
Bug – P3-28746 – The date picker was missing a button to browse to the next month
Fixed an issue where the date picker was missing the button to browse to the next month after a technical upgrade.
Pythagoras Buildings
Bug – P3-24133 – Selected management object was not shown on the map
Fixed so that a selected management object is now displayed correctly on the map and in the list view, the same way it already worked for buildings.
Pythagoras Documents
Bug – P3-29532 – A document's creation date changed when a new version was uploaded
Fixed so that a document's creation date no longer changes when a new version of the document is uploaded.
Bug – P3-28121 – Only one photo was saved when uploading multiple images in MyPages
Fixed an issue where only one of several attached photos was saved when a user created an errand with multiple images via MyPages.
Pythagoras Work Order
Improvement – P3-28440 – More object columns in the invoicing function for errands
More object-related columns (property, building/land, floor, space, component) have been added to the invoicing function for standard errands, and it is now possible to open the object card directly from the columns.
Improvement – P3-28437 – Incorrect Swedish translation of warranty values in the dashboard list
Fixed so that warranty values in the dashboard list are shown as "Yes"/"No" in Swedish, instead of "On"/"Off".
Improvement – P3-28427 – Parent category level is now shown when searching in the errand card
The category search field in the errand card and creation flow now also shows the parent category level, the same way it does in MyPages.
Improvement – P3-28423 – Custom fields are now placed after the standard fields in MyPages
Custom fields in MyPages are now shown after the standard fields, instead of being mixed in between the description and category.
Improvement – P3-28175 – Text corrections in the standard errand module
Several texts in the standard errand module have been corrected to consistently use "work order" and correct terminology, for example "To be invoiced" instead of previously incorrect or inconsistent wording.
Improvement – P3-27687 – Description and category are now shown as columns in the errand list
The errand list in MyPages now shows description and, if enabled, category as separate columns, and has also had a visual cleanup of the sorting arrows.
Bug – P3-29507 – Performance issues in the errand dashboard with large data volumes
Improved performance for the errand dashboard with large data volumes, which significantly reduces loading times and server load.
Bug – P3-29653 – The Invoiceable field on material costs was always set to Yes
Fixed so that the "Invoiceable" field on a material cost in an errand is now saved with the value the user actually enters, instead of always being set to Yes.
Bug – P3-29350 – Incorrect column headers in the time report for errands
Fixed the column headers in the time report for errands, which previously showed incorrect field values under the headers "Date of registration" and "Date performed".
Bug – P3-28908 – System lockup when quickly switching to the Accounting tab in the errand card
Fixed an issue where the system could lock up when an errand card with the Accounting tab was opened and then quickly closed.
Bug – P3-28143 – The last custom field could not be edited or deleted
Fixed so that the last custom field in the standard errand module can now be accessed, edited, and deleted, instead of being hidden behind the "Create custom field" button.
Pythagoras Leases
New feature – P3-28021 – Filtering by lease type in the newsletter function
It is now possible to filter recipients in the newsletter function by lease type, in addition to building.
New feature – P3-24538 – Attachments can now be added to newsletters
It is now possible to attach files when sending newsletters, with a maximum limit of 25 MB per email.
Improvement – P3-27013 – Ability to edit automatically filled fields in PDF templates
PDF templates can now have fields that are filled in automatically but can still be edited manually after downloading, instead of always being locked.
Bug – P3-29206 – Property tax was missing as a separate column in the lease register report
The "Full lease registry" report now shows property tax as a separate column, so that the sum of the cost columns matches the total.
Bug – P3-29205 – Incorrect summation in lease charts when costs decreased
Fixed so that the summation in the charts under the Area and Price tab now correctly deducts outgoing cost decreases, instead of showing an incorrect total.
Bug – P3-29086 – Incorrect values were shown in the lease's bar chart
Fixed so that the bar chart under the Area and Costs tab now shows correct values in the data labels, after an error that occurred during a technical upgrade.
Bug – P3-29022 – Invoicing and reports did not take the dashboard's filters into account
Fixed so that the invoicing and payment window, as well as reports, now take active filters and searches in the dashboard into account, instead of showing all leases regardless of filtering.
Pythagoras Energy
New feature – P3-28765 – New order for the settings list in the energy module
The list of settings in the energy module has been given a more logical order to make it easier to navigate.
New feature – P3-28749 – New dashboard view for the tariff list in the energy module
The list of tariffs in the energy module has been redesigned as a searchable, filterable, and sortable dashboard view, where each row opens a tariff card.
New feature – P3-28638 – A clear message is shown when no report is available
When no report is available for the user, a clear message is now shown instead of an empty view.
New feature – P3-28528 – Ability to change tariff within the entire category on energy meters
It is now possible to change the tariff on an energy meter to any tariff within the same category, not just within the same type. District heating meters are still excepted and can only change tariffs within the same type.
New feature – P3-28506 – New export report for emissions in the follow-up view
It is now possible to export a report with emissions data (SOx, NOx, and CO2) from the follow-up view in the energy module to Excel.
New feature – P3-28503 – New export report for costs in the follow-up view
It is now possible to export a report with cost data for electricity, heating, cooling, and water from the follow-up view in the energy module to Excel.

It is now possible to export a report with consumption data for electricity, heating, cooling, and water from the follow-up view in the energy module to Excel.
New feature – P3-27447 – Ability to select area type in the energy module's graphs
The user can now choose which type of area (e.g. BTA or A-temp) is shown in graphs and views in the energy module, instead of always showing m2.
New feature – P3-26877 – Extended logging in the energy module
Logging in the energy module has been extended so that changes to tariffs and other objects are now recorded, not just the creation and deletion of meters.
New feature – P3-26368 – Default tariffs are created automatically for new customers
Default tariffs are now created automatically for new customers, one per energy type, who do not already have their own energy data.
Improvement – P3-29119 – Clearer display of import date in the meter reading table
Improved the display of the import date in the meter reading table on the energy card: the date is now shown as a tooltip instead of being mixed in with the consumption column.
Improvement – P3-28757 – Improved security when handling meter data
The configuration has been changed so that live data from meters is no longer automatically saved in the database.
Improvement – P3-25933 – Only the affected table is updated when a new tax rule is added
When a new tax rule is added, only that table is now updated, instead of the entire tab being reloaded.
Bug – P3-29860 – Incorrect default measurement type for district heating meters
Fixed so that the measurement type Power is now shown as default for district heating meters, instead of Flow.
Bug – P3-28969 – Consumption values for hourly meters with MWh were incorrectly shown as zero
Fixed so that consumption values for hourly meters with the unit MWh are now shown correctly, instead of being rounded down to zero.
Bug – P3-28948 – Hourly values from Entelios were not adjusted for daylight saving time
Fixed so that hourly values from Entelios are now adjusted correctly for daylight saving time, instead of always using standard time.
Bug – P3-28772 – Graphs in the energy module could get stuck in infinite loading on error
Graphs in the energy module that could previously get stuck in infinite loading now show an error message if an error occurs.
Bug – P3-26656 – Incomplete text on the button for adding a reading
Fixed so that the button for adding a reading is now named "Add reading" instead of just "Add".
Bug – P3-26647 – Incorrect text color for energy meters in the lease's Area and Costs
Fixed the text color for energy meters under the Area and Costs tab in the lease module so that it now matches the rest of the text in the system.
Pythagoras Cleaning
Bug – P3-29861 – Error when copying a calculation with shared cleaning
Fixed an issue where the sum and time for shared cleaning were reset to zero when a calculation with shared cleaning was copied and the prices were then changed.
Bug – P3-28394 – The building filter in cleaning scheduling did not show the active filter
Fixed so that the building filter field in cleaning scheduling now shows the active filter instead of appearing empty.
Pythagoras Assets Management
Improvement – P3-29751 – Clearer display of selected components in the drawing view
Improved display of selected components in the drawing view: it is now clearer which component is selected when several different types are selected at the same time.
Improvement – P3-16363 – Permission control for doors and windows in the asset register
It is now possible to manage permissions for doors and windows the same way as for other components in the asset register.
Bug – P3-29420 – Warranty and installation dates differed between the component card and the errand
Fixed so that warranty and installation dates are now shown consistently between the component card and the errand.
Bug – P3-29130 – Error message for dates earlier than the year 1900
Fixed so that dates earlier than the year 1900 can now be entered and exported for the commissioning date and installation date fields, instead of giving an error message.
Bug – P3-28872 – Interval was missing in the component list for planned maintenance
Fixed so that the interval for planned maintenance is now shown correctly in the component list, instead of the column appearing empty.
Bug – P3-27949 – Newly created component types and groups became inaccessible
Fixed so that a newly created component type or group is now automatically added to the permissions of the user groups that created it, instead of becoming inaccessible.
Pythagoras Planned Maintenance
Improvement – P3-29865 – More efficient import of planned maintenance
Import of planned maintenance now uses significantly less memory and processing power by only retrieving the objects that are actually needed.
Bug – P3-29453 – Long loading time for the geography filter in planned maintenance
Improved loading time for the geography filter in planned maintenance on first use.
Bug – P3-28774 – The planning view could crash on inconsistent object linking
Fixed an issue where the planning view could crash if an action in planned maintenance ended up in an inconsistent state after a removed additional-object link.
Bug – P3-27979 – Actions were linked to the wrong object after reorganizing a building
Fixed so that actions in planned maintenance now follow correctly when a building is moved to a different management unit, instead of remaining under the old one.
Bug – P3-27025 – View permission allowed editing the estimated cost
Fixed so that user groups with only view permission to planned maintenance can no longer edit the estimated cost of actions.
Bug – P3-25924 – The wrong property was shown on an action after moving a component
Fixed so that an action in planned maintenance now shows the correct property after the linked component has been moved to a different property.
Pythagoras Preventive Maintenance
New feature – P3-14113 – Support for multiple break periods per year
It is now possible to define multiple break periods per maintenance task. The system automatically schedules around these periods and the break is included in the interval. The import template now also supports multiple break periods per task.
New feature – P3-28065 – Flexible replanning of existing scheduled actions
It is now possible to update key fields on already planned actions within preventive maintenance, without affecting occurrences that have already been completed.
Bug – P3-28961 – Error when manually moving occurrences near paused periods
Fixed so that planned occurrences within preventive maintenance can no longer be moved into a paused period, and that the interval after a paused period is now correct.
Bug – P3-28826 – The remarks report did not show comments on actions
Fixed so that comments and remarks linked to actions are now shown correctly in the remarks report.
Pythagoras Scripted Errands
Bug – P3-29058 – Disabled button in errand flow was not re-enabled
Fixed so that a button in an errand flow that is temporarily disabled due to required fields is now re-enabled as intended.
Bug – P3-27538 – Sluggishness and loading bars in the errand dashboard
Improved performance for filtering in the errand dashboard for custom errand handling, which reduces previously occurring sluggishness and black loading bars.
Pythagoras MyPages
Bug – P3-29017 – Open floor plan view in MyPages was made a system setting
The ability to open the floor plan view and select rooms from a floor in MyPages is now controlled by a system setting, which means it can be enabled or disabled per customer.
Bug – P3-28615 – Status name was displayed incorrectly in MyPages
Fixed so that the status "Sent to contractor" is now shown with the correct name and in the correct language in MyPages, instead of the internal status code.
Bug – P3-27966 – Header text was missing on MyPages
Fixed so that the header text on MyPages is shown again, after it had previously disappeared in connection with another fix.
Bug – P3-16841 – Incorrect login page on inactivity on MyPages
Fixed so that logging in on MyPages works correctly after the page has been inactive or the cache has been cleared, instead of leading to an incorrect login page.
Pythagoras My Pages Scripted Errands
Bug – P3-20029 – The button for room selection was not read-only after the first phase
Fixed so that the button for selecting a room in an errand becomes read-only after the first phase, instead of remaining editable in later phases.
Pythagoras GO
Bug – P3-26980 – Category selection was displayed incorrectly when creating errands in Pythagoras GO
Fixed so that category selection is no longer shown for incorrect errand types when creating errands in Pythagoras GO.
Pythagoras GO Work Order
Improvement – P3-29171 – Popular name is now shown for objects in Pythagoras GO
The popular name is now shown for all objects in the creation flow and on the errand card in Pythagoras GO.
Bug – P3-29329 – Contractors could not scroll in the errand description
Fixed so that contractors can now scroll to read the entire errand description in Pythagoras GO, instead of the text being cut off.
Other
Bug – P3-29482 – Incorrect calculation of price per square meter in KPIs
Fixed an incorrect calculation of price per square meter in the KPIs.
Bug – P3-28942 – Parts of cost reports were not visible or scrollable
Fixed so that the entire content of cost reports can now be seen and scrolled to, instead of parts of the report being hidden outside the visible area.
Bug – P3-27537 – The Inspections module was not shown for all authorized users in YourErrands
Fixed so that the Inspections module is now shown in the YourErrands app based on the user's actual permission, instead of whether the user or the operating group already has assigned inspection errands.
Bug – P3-29932 – YourSurvey got stuck in an infinite loading loop for certain user groups
Fixed so that YourSurvey no longer gets stuck in an infinite loading loop for users with limited permissions, by introducing a new permission structure for the survey module in Pythagoras Web.
